The services were much better than I expected. I signed a one year contract and I exit after 8 months. The Team especially Ms. Adele were very helpful and supportive. She managed to find another tenant very quickly so I saved big amount of rent thanks to her. Just after 2 weeks, they processed bond refund very easy and quickly. I was very happy with their services, very efficient very professional.

Amazing devotion and friendly service I'd recommend QRM to anyone who wants knowledgeable and reliable information. Very down to earth and in the know about many housing aspects. They deserve 5 stars for all the support they have given and words of wisdom.

They are personable focused on looking after the clients property and are awesome towards us as tenants.Georgina is my property manager though I interacted with many.I would strongly recommend QRM because they do an awesome job and don't get in your space.

As a previous tenant of QRM I can say Sara is a fantastic landlady. She was polite, friendly, and we were always able to get in touch with regarding any issues with the property. From the tenants side, I can definitely recommend Sara as a property manager. Not only did Sara set up a great rapport with us but she made sure we looked after the place!

This is my second year renting through QRM under (Dave Lomas) and am extremely happy with the service I have received, my property manager is always respectful, easy approachable and always willing to help. I have rented for years now and never found a company that care and respect there tenants as much as QRM do, also they give presents each Christmas which is a bonus. I am so happy my new property is with same property manager Highly recommend QRM.

QRM have looked after us well over the years. Steven's one of the best managers we've ever dealt with, with any company - fast, professional, always keeps tenants in the loop if we have work coming up, etc. Would highly recommend.
