I really appreciated everything Dave did as a property manager. I was grateful at how quickly Dave responded to emails, texts and phone calls. Dave is an affable communicator - calm, reassuring, professional and relatable. He listens to and understands the needs of tenants and home owners making him the perfect go-between and problem solver, able to keep everyone happy and on track. Dave also has a brilliant sense of humor which helps make things run smoothly - which is ultimately what you need in a property manager. I can't recommend him enough  Thank you very much Dave.

I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for having me raise my beautiful children.I am mother of ten but raised 9 have rented with quality rental management since 2011 to 2020. So for ten years I have made connections with all my neighbours and met so many families move in and out of next door lol. It was my saddest and happiest moments of my life. My 3 younger babies have known house as home but even I used to forget I was renting sometimes I am sorry for all of the ups and downs I have put yous through and yous still gave me a chance I totally am very grateful for everything thank you.I wish I could have been a better tenant and wish I was a perfect tenant for paying my rent on time but I know I was always having to catch up and yous were so patient and reasonable over these years thank you.

Dave has done it again, QRM have been managing my rental properties for almost 10 years now and even after all this time I only have great things thing to say about the service and quality I continue to receive. Amanda Christensen was our property manager for about a year. She was absolutely amazing to work for. If there are any issues she is on it without hesitation. Her service was amazing. It's a pity we are no longer with you Amanda. Thanks for everything!

Dave lomas was our landlord agent and he was amazing. If we ever needed anything he would get straight onto it and when it came to moving out due to having to move closer to family he went above and beyond to make sure it was as stress free. I would highly recommend qrm to friends and family.

I would recommend QRM to any property investor in Hamilton. Derrick and Robyn have a wealth of knowledge and experience about property, and understand what it means to be a landlord. They have been very helpful increasing the rent and doing simple improvements to maximise the property value and rent.

This is my second year renting through QRM under (Dave Lomas) and am extremely happy with the service I have received, my property manager is always respectful, easy approachable and always willing to help. I have rented for years now and never found a company that care and respect there tenants as much as QRM do, also they give presents each Christmas which is a bonus. As an owner of properties Hamilton and Morrinsville I am very pleased with the service I receive from my property manager Adelle and the company QRM and I would definitely recommend them to other home owners.

We have all our rentals managed by Georgina and her team at QRM and we've never been happier. Our tenants are brilliant and their screening process for prospective tenants is so in-depth, they do checks on things we never would have thought of! The regular inspection reports we get are detailed and thorough it's almost like we're there too and on the few occasions something needs fixing or repairing by us, we get told right away and because our tenants really like Georgina it's easy for us to get in at short notice to do anything that needs to be done. The management fees are very reasonable and it makes better business sense for us to be spending our time working elsewhere, than if we managed these properties ourselves. Every new property we buy will go to Georgina, I can't recommend her and QRM highly enough.
