Had an easy and straightforward experience when moving with QRM. Their staff does their best to be available at all times. The property was very clean when I moved in and any issues I encountered early on was addressed immediately. Would recommend!

My partner and myself were struggling to find a house over the past month. Close to 40+ viewings and we weren't lucky with any of them. Upon viewing one property we had a call from one of the QRM agents asking if we've viewed the house. Viewed the house, had a lovely chat with Amanda and one the spot we were offered the house. Our property in Hamilton has been managed by QRM for years and I must commend the exceptional service that I have received from them, especially from Kay Robertson who is our Property Manager. Kay is always approachable at all times, her quick response to our phone calls and e-mails is very impressive. The true test of a good Property Manager is when things go wrong and we had an incident that involved an accidental damage by the tenant. Kay took charge of the situation and communicated effectively with the claims team of our insurance company, the builders and the tenants. This was amazing and proved to us how important it is to have a property managed by someone of Kay's caliber and professionalism for peace of mind. I would definitely recommend QRM and in particular Kay for a flawless, professional, caring and friendly service. She is everything that one could look for in Property Management. Thank you Kay
